Research Interests: applications of Computational Fluid Dynamics techniques to study of turbulent flows. Specifically, hydrodynamic stability and transition to turbulence in wall-bounded flows, fluid-structure interactions, nonlinear interactions in turbulent flows and subgrid-scale modeling, turbulent thermal convection, stably stratified and convective geophysical flows, light scattering on turbulence.
